5 years and older

Once basic swimming and floating skills are mastered, students can begin to learn the basics of freestyle swimming with a focus on breathing patterns, refining their swimming strokes and proper propulsive kicking for a more streamline swim. Students in this age group can also learn the backstroke, breaststroke, diving for toys, treading water & swim team preparation. Games and fun swim drills will be incorporated into lessons to enhance your child's ability to swim for safety, fun and fitness.  Lessons are conducted one-on-one for approximately 15 minutes per session, Monday - Thursday.   A two week commitment is required for the Strokes-N-More course.  Lesson fees are $80.00 per week. ​
